Light Brown #3.1 is a light natural colour that's perfect to enhance the look of light blonde to dark blonde hair.
FEATURES

NOTE: RefectoCil Tints need to be mixed with either liquid or cream oxidant
DIRECTIONS
- Cleanse and prepare the eye area for application
- Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste and immediately apply to lashes and/or brows
- Clean away with cotton wool and water
PROCESSING TIME
- Lashes: 10 minutes
- Brows: 10 minutes
