Thoughtfully formulated, this lotion includes cetearyl alcohol, but don’t let the word “alcohol” fool you. Cetearyl alcohol is a hydrating fatty alcohol that hydrates, softens, and conditions hair. Additionally, this neutralizer utilizes hydrogen peroxide rather than sodium bromate. Vegan certified by The Vegan Society. Cruelty-free. 10 Sachets / 1.5 mL each.
