Lilac Velour: A shimmering lilac purple magnetic that pulls to reveal a soft jelly black base.
Application Tips: We recommend applying two coats, then magnetizing the third in your desired effect. Alternatively, magnetize one layer over a deep creme polish of similar tone. Shake well before use.
