UV Gel Polish 646

The Makear UV Gel Polish 646 is a beige gel polish with a fine shimmer running through it. It works as a base for the clean girl manicure: an even, sheer nude that needs nothing else and is already finished after a single layer.

If you want more colour, build it up with a second and third layer. The gel levels itself, does not run into the cuticles and cures per layer in 30 to 60 seconds under a 48W LED lamp. The formula is HEMA free, which makes it suitable if you are sensitive to the usual gel polish formulas, and that goes for the whole range from Makear.

How to use:

• File your nails into shape, push the cuticles back and lightly matte the nail plate with a buffer.
• Degrease with a cleanser or dehydrator so no oil or dust is left behind.
• Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure it for the time that base coat needs.
• Apply the colour in thin layers and cure each layer separately: 30 to 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
• Build up to the coverage you want. One layer gives a sheer result, two to three layers make the shade clearly visible.
• Finish with a top coat and cure again.
• Wipe the tacky layer off with a cleanser, unless your top coat is no-wipe.
• Finish with cuticle oil.
