Last year, we gathered to watch The (M) Factor - a powerful documentary that broke the silence around menopause and sparked something much bigger: a conversation that needed to continue. This year, we go deeper.

Join us Thursday, April 23rd for a special screening of The (M) Factor 2, a follow-up film that shifts the focus earlier - to perimenopause, where the first changes begin and where so many women are left without answers, support, or recognition. If The (M) Factor was about visibility, The (M) Factor 2 is about understanding the root.

Together, we'll explore the physical, emotional, and systemic realities of perimenopause - why it's been overlooked, how it's impacting women in real time, and what we can do about it.

And because we never do anything halfway, each ticket includes a curated gift bag featuring some of our favorite brands in healthy beauty + wellness, featuring True Botanicals, INA, YINA, Rootless, Hello Again, Juna and Foria.

Tickets are limited and expected to sell out.

*Menopause Ally tickets available for $15 fee to encourage attendees to bring their loved ones. Menopause Ally ticket does not include gift bag.

PANELISTS

After the event, join us for an inspiration panel to continue the conversation. Panelists include:

Emily Bouch: Founder of MyBlueprint Wellness, empowering women with personalized strategies for hormonal health and longevity.

Dr. Heidi Queen: Energize Health and Hormones, specializing in hormone optimization and functional approaches to women's health.

Teyonaa Bowman: Pausitive Outlook, Advocate and educator bringing awareness to perimenopause through a modern, inclusive lens.

Deena Emera: Buck Institute, Focused on the science of aging and advancing research that supports women's health span.

This evening promises to educate, inspire, and empower. Be part of the movement.
