How to Apply
- Prep the nail by filing, buffing, and dehydrating with remover or acetone.
- Apply a thin base coat, seal the free edge, and cure for 60 seconds.
- Apply an even coat of Tulle and cure for 60 seconds.
- Refine with a file and buffer if needed, then apply top coat and cure.
