How to Apply
- Prep nails by cleaning, shaping, and lightly buffing the surface.
- Apply a thin base coat, seal the edge, and cure for 99 seconds.
- Apply Cool in a thin, even layer, seal the edge, and cure for 60 seconds.
- Apply a second coat if desired, cure again, then finish with top coat.
- Cure top coat for 60 seconds and finish with cuticle oil.
