How to Apply
- Prep nails, apply Rubber Base in a thin layer, and cure for 99 seconds.
- Apply Water Lily in a thin coat, seal the edge, and cure for 60 seconds.
- Repeat with a second layer of color if desired and cure again.
- Apply Extreme Shine Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds.
- Finish with cuticle oil.
