The Ritual Starter Set brings together our signature Uji matcha with the same tools we use in our bars, chosen to help you get the best flavour, texture and finish every time.
Origin: Uji, Kyoto, Japan (first harvest)

Uji’s cool climate and mineral-rich soils help create matcha with balance. This powder is selected for consistency and flavour clarity, making it an easy entry point into matcha, and a staple you’ll return to daily.
The JENKI Serve:
- Sieve 2.5g (about 1 heaped tsp) into a bowl
- Add 40ml warm water (never boiling)
- Whisk until smooth with an even foam
- Top with milk or water (hot or cold)
