The required second step for every RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s service. The Activator Gel is applied directly over the Base Gel to develop the color — without it, the Base Gel will not process. Formulated for sensitive and allergy-prone skin, results last up to 6 weeks with a semi-permanent skin stain on brows and defined color on lashes.
