This product has been formulated to dehydrate the nail plate and remove any contaminants on the surface of the nail plate that can block proper adhesion of nail lacquer.
Application: Remove any dust or debris from surface of nail. Apply nail primer to naked nail. Allow to dry 1-2 minutes prior to applying base coat and nail lacquer.
