HOW TO USE RAPID PROMADE FANS
- Step 1: Use tweezers to separate a strip and place it on a silicone pad.
- Step 2: For easier handling, use a spoolie/mascara wand to help lift and separate the strip if needed.

Finish: Grip the fan at the base to gently peel, place it down then pick up, dip in adhesive, and apply as usual.
