How to Apply
- Remove any old polish, wash hands, shape nails, buff the surface, and push back cuticles.

- Apply the first thin coat of Velvet Dreams, starting at the center of the nail, then each side.
- Once dry, apply a second thin coat for full coverage and richer color.
- Apply a thin layer of Orly Top Coat to add shine and seal the color. Reapply top coat every couple of days to extend wear and prevent chipping.
- Clean up any polish on skin with a small brush dipped in nail polish remover. Let nails dry completely to avoid smudging; use a quick-dry spray or drying drops if desired.
