How to Apply
- Prep the nail by buffing lightly and wiping with alcohol.
- Apply base gel and cure under LED or UV lamp.
- Apply one thin coat of Isla Vista and cure for 30 seconds LED or 60 seconds UV.
- Apply top coat and cure to seal.
