Important Inspection Information

With this service, we will clean and service the machine and send it back to you within 3 days of receipt of the equipment, unless additional parts not covered under the warranty require replacing. If parts that are covered under the manufacturers warranty are damaged, we will replace them at no charge.

If, during our inspection, we find parts that are worn or damaged not covered under manufacturers warranty that could cause issues with the functionality of the equipment with further use, we will call you with a diagnostic report and allow you to decide on replacing these parts.

Shipping  Information

• A $29.95 shipping charge is added at checkout for US addresses.

  Shipping Charges are $34.95 for Canadian addresses. Please see "Shipping Information" below for shipping addresses outside of the US & Canada. This shipping charge covers returning your machine once it's serviced using our discounted rate.

• Payment for shipping your machine to Medicool is your responsibility. 
•  IMPORTANT - Please ensure your machine is packaged so damage doesn't occur while in transit to our facility. Medicool "will not" be responsible for shipping damage of any kind.

Steps to Complete Service

• Step 1: Add Nail Drill & Files Service to your cart. Update QTY for multiple drills.
• Step 2: Complete Checkout Process
• Step 3: Customer Service Team will call or email to provide an RA Number. 
• Step 4: Ship your Machine to Medicool with instructions per Customer Service.

Please Note: All Medicool products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. A separate shipping rate will apply at checkout. These items are not eligible for free shipping on orders over $100.
