Introducing our very own Midwest Original Lotion Base! An unscented, naturally moisturizing formula designed to cater to your daily skincare needs. Crafted with care, this lotion base offers an effective solution for maintaining skin hydration throughout the day.

Moisturizing Technology - This formulation features highly effective emollients commonly used in the cosmetic industry: Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetyl Alcohol. These exceptional 'fatty alcohols' work in tandem to create a luxuriously effective moisture barrier, leaving your skin irresistibly soft and supple. Additionally, the formula incorporates the humectant properties of Glycerin, attracting extra moisture from the air to maintain hydration of the skin barrier, ensuring your skin stays moisturized and radiant for an extended period.

Fragrance Selection Notes

 - A 1-2% fragrance load is recommended (a little fragrance goes a long way!) although up to a recommended maximum of 4% can added, if desired. NEVER EXCEED the maximum IFRA compliance usage percentages.

 - Please refer to each individual fragrance IFRA compliance to determine usage rate compatibility. (The subcategory you choose under Category 5 will be dependent on your marketed product use.)

 - Disclaimer: Fragrance loads of greater than 4% can be achieved with this base, however, too much fragrance may cause the base to become thin or runny with certain fragrance formulations. We strongly encourage you to conduct your own personal testing of any given fragrance formulation. We strongly recommend to NOT exceed fragrance loads greater than 4% using this base.

Instructions for Use

 - FULL STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

 - Slowly add fragrance to base while stirring until desired fragrance load is achieved.

 - Although this base is safe for, and designed to be used on, multiple different skin types, we highly recommend you test your final formulation on a small area that can easily be washed (i.e. back of the hand) to ensure no specific irritation occurs.

 - Recommended cure time: 24-48 hours
