How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply your base gel polish or builder gel, then cure
- Apply a generous coat of Blooming Gel over the entire nail surface
- Use a liner brush to draw dots or lines with your chosen gel color
- Keep finger flat and allow the design to bloom for a few seconds
- Cure for 30 seconds under Mini LED lamp or 60 seconds under Maxi LED lamp
