How to use:

• Place the brush at the roots of your upper lashes.
• Gently move the brush back and forth while pulling it up to the tips of your lashes. This helps to lift, lengthen and fully coat your lashes.
• For a more dramatic effect, apply multiple coats. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next to prevent clumping.
