How to Use
Suggested Usage:
-Lightly brush through brows in short, upward strokes.
-Apply one to two coats while formula is still wet for definition and natural volume.
-Remove easily with warm water by gently massaging fingers over brows to break down formula.
-Follow with cleanser if needed.
