Pro Tips

1) Keep bath water in motion as you are draining the bath by occasionally swirling it with your hand – this will prevent the moor particles from clinging to the bath so there will be no, or at least very little residue.
2) After the bath, it is recommended to avoid towel-drying. Instead, gently wrap yourself in a warm towel or put on a bathrobe, allowing the skin to air-dry naturally. The moor forms a delicate film on the skin that remains active for several hours, enhancing and prolonging the therapeutic benefits. For optimal results, avoid showering immediately afterward. 
3) Follow with Arnica Active Gel or Cream for added soothing benefits.
4) Retain a portion of the moor bath water and use it to water plants. The mineral-rich composition of the moor can have a revitalizing and nourishing effect on plant growth.

Usage Instructions

Run a warm bath and stir in 1 sachet or 6 oz. of the Moor Bath paste. Make sure that the bath is not too hot (max 38C). It is recommended to have several dark colored towels available so that any residue is easily cleaned up. Relax in the bath for up to 20 minutes. After the bath, do not rub down, but wrap the body in a large towel and lie down for one hour in a warm room. When draining the moor bath, stir the water periodically. May be used safely in hydrotherapy tubs and jacuzzies. Flushing out jets after use is recommended. Manual exfoliation is recommended prior to taking a moor bath.
