Koslvart Swedish Candy

These delightful Swedish Fish are crafted in the small town of Malmö, Sweden. They are flavored and colored using only natural ingredients—like grape extract, carrot concentrate, and natural raspberry aroma. The result is a fresh-tasting candy with bold flavor and a perfect balance of taste and texture. 

Many of the flavors are vegan and gluten free (see below for details), and all are made with non-GMO ingredients. 

"Gäddan" Elderflower: Shaped like a Swedish pike,  is a delicate, fragrant confection with a subtle sweetness. Crafted with natural ingredients, it offers a refreshing floral taste. 

Ingredients: sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, corn starch, glucose syrup, citric acid, aroma, turmeric oleoresin (for color), coconut oil, carnauba wax (v, gf)

"Piggvaren" Sour Blueberry:  Turbot-shaped fish with a fresh blueberry flavor, coated in a sour-sweet powder.

Ingredients: sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, corn starch, glucose syrup, citric acid, tartaric acid, natural aroma, grape color extract, coconut oil, carnauba wax (v, gf) 

"Röding" Raspberry:  Named after the Arctic Char since it shares the same vibrant red color.

Ingredients: sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, corn starch, glucose syrup, citric acid, carrot concentrate (for color), natural raspberry aroma, coconut oil, carnauba wax (v, gf)

"Sur Röding" Sour Raspberry: Same raspberry taste as its sibling (the Röding) but coated in a sour-sweet powder.

"Torksen" Raspberry and Blackcurrant: Shaped like a Swedish cod and flavored with a blend of raspberry and blackcurrant.
