Jaquiine USA Pro Stroke Bold Black Liquid Eyeliner is infused with the goodness of Almond Oil and Vit E. It start with a classic, matte colour close to the lash line and add a second line for a pop of bold, trendsetting color on top. This liquid liner has a fine-tip brush perfect for precise or bold lining. It is long lasting, highly pigmented smudge and water proof. It enables to draw a single stroke of rich, smooth, waterproof color that lasts up to 24 hours.
