Usage

1. Prep nails. Apply Foundation Flex. Cure 30 seconds.

2. Apply 2nd coat of Foundation Flex. Cure 30 seconds.

3. Apply Top It Off. Cure for 30 seconds and cleanse.

4. Apply 2 thin coats of lacquer and Need For Speed Top Coat or skip step 3 and apply 2 thin coats of gel polish and Top It Off. Cure and cleanse.
