How to Apply
- Apply Gelish Foundation Base in a thin layer and cure for 30 seconds in LED or 2 minutes in UV.
- Apply two thin coats of Ooba Ooba Blue, curing between each coat.
- Seal with Gelish Top It Off and cure for 30 seconds in LED or 2 minutes in UV.
- To remove, soak nails in Gelish Artificial Nail Remover for 10 to 15 minutes.
