How to Apply
- Apply Gelish Base Coat over Foundation or Structure Gel, cure 30 seconds LED or 2 minutes UV.
- Apply thin coat of Hello Merlot! and cure. Repeat for a second coat.
- Seal with Gelish Top Coat and cure.
- Remove with Gelish Artificial Nail Remover after 10 to 15 minutes.
