How to use: Apply gently on the lid/lash line and also on the tear line if you wish. If you want to create the smoky effect, take our PRO i Liner brush and stroke against the liner in an upward motion. Be sure to smudge immediately after applying the eyeliner. After about 30 seconds of its application, the liner will be set and trust us, it will not smudge. Helpful Tip: Be sure to clean out your sharpener prior to sharpening.
