How to Apply
- Apply a thin layer of DND DC Cat Eye gel over cured base coat.
- Hold a magnet over the nail to create the cat eye effect.
- Cure under LED lamp for 45 seconds, one nail at a time.
- Apply top coat and cure for 45 seconds.
- Finish with cuticle oil.
