How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply gel base coat, cure under lamp
- Apply Window Perch and immediately hold magnet over uncured gel to create cat eye pattern
- Cure one nail at a time under UV or LED lamp
- Seal with gel top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil
