How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a gel base coat, cure.
- Apply one thin layer of Velvet Kisses, hold a magnet above the uncured polish to create the cat eye effect.
- Cure one nail at a time under a UV or LED lamp.
- Apply a second layer if desired, repeat magnet step, and cure.
- Seal with a gel top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil.
