How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a gel base coat, then cure.
- Apply a thin layer of DC Cat Eye gel polish.
- Hold the magnet slightly to the side to activate the cat-eye effect.
- Cure one nail at a time under a UV or LED lamp.
- Apply gel top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil.
