How to Apply
- Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure in an LED lamp.
- Apply one or two coats of Rose Bud, curing between each layer.
- Seal with CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat and cure.
- Wipe nails with rubbing alcohol to remove the tacky layer.
