How to Apply
- Shake well to blend the formula before use.
- Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat according to instructions.
- Apply a thin layer of Willow Talk to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat with a second coat and cure again.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
