How to Apply
- Shake well to blend the formula before opening.
- Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat according to directions.
- Apply a thin layer of Whisper to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat the color step on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat for a chip-resistant, mirror-perfect result.
