How to Apply
- Shake to blend, then apply and cure Shellac Base Coat.
- Apply a thin layer of Lazuli Blue to all five nails and cure for two minutes.
- Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat using the same process.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure.
