How to Apply
- Shake well to blend the formula before use.
- Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat as directed.
- Apply a thin layer of Unlocked to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat using the same process.
- Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure as directed.
