How to Apply
- Shake well to blend, then apply and cure Shellac Base Coat.
- Apply a thin layer of Rule Breaker to all five nails.
- Cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp, then repeat on the other hand.
- Apply a second coat using the same process.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
