How to Apply
- Shake the bottle well to blend the formula before use.
- Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat on all ten nails.
- Apply a thin layer of Rubble to five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
- Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat.
