How to Apply
- Shake the bottle to fully blend the formula before use.
- Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat according to directions.
- Apply a thin layer of Of The Moment to all five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV lamp.
- Repeat the color step on the opposite hand, then apply a second coat and cure.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
