How to Apply
- Shake well to blend formula before use.
- Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat per instructions.
- Apply a thin coat of Love Letter to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second color coat and cure again.
- Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat.
