How to Apply
- Shake well to blend glitter particles evenly throughout the formula.
- Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat as directed.
- Apply a thin layer of Garnet Glamour to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
- Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
