How to Apply
- Prep the nail and apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat. Cure.
- Apply two thin coats of Winter Glow, curing between each layer.
- Seal with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure.
- Wipe away residue with a lint-free pad and rubbing alcohol.
