How to Apply
- Shake the bottle to blend the formula before use.
- Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat according to instructions.
- Apply a thin layer of Cityscape to all five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat the color coat on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
- Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat to seal and protect.
