How to Apply
- Shake well to blend the formula before use.
- Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat according to directions.
- Apply a thin layer of Blue Eyeshadow to all five nails and cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV lamp.
- Repeat the color coat and cure process for full, saturated coverage.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
