How to Apply
- Shake the bottle well to blend the formula.
- Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat per standard instructions.
- Apply a thin layer of Black Pool to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
- Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
