How to Apply
- Shake bottle to blend. Apply and cure Shellac Base Coat.
- Apply a thin layer of Rule Breaker to all five nails. Cure for two minutes.
- Apply a second coat using the same process.
- Finish with Shellac Top Coat and cure.
