MOIRA Cica Panthenol Calming Serum is an antioxidant-enriched calming the appearance of stress and redness with a hydrating lightweight formula infused with Cica (Centella Asiatica), and panthenol. This gel serum is also formulated with Aloe Vera and Algae soothing highly sensitive skin and panthenol help strengthen the skin barrier.

HOW TO USE:

1. After cleansing and toner, apply a thin layer of serum to clean skin with either your fingertips or palms.
