How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a thin layer of gel base coat, then cure under LED.
- Apply a thin coat of Rumor Has It and cure for 60 seconds.
- Repeat until desired coverage is achieved, curing between coats.
- Seal with gel top coat and cure for 60 seconds.
- Remove with acetone soak and follow with cuticle oil.
