Our liquid liner is packed with rich pigment, glides on effortlessly and promises hours of smudge-proof wear. The fine-tip brush allows for beautiful precision when creating a defined cat eye look.
How to Use
Apply the fine-tip brush to the lash-line, starting two-thirds from the inner lash corner working out towards the outer corner. Hold the liner on an angle so that the side of the brush is what creates the line along the lash. Thicken the line towards the outer corners if desired, and create a thinner line towards the inner corner to connect as one line. If needed, use Dual-Action eye-makeup remover to fix any mistakes before liner dries.
